You can still start the Log In process from any page on the CSB website, by clicking the"START LOGIN" button. However, now your access ID and password will be entered on a new extra-secure login page.
Here's how online banking customers enroll in Enhanced Online Security:
  1. Start by clicking the "START LOGIN" button on any page of the CSB website.
  2. Enter your current access ID on the first secure login page. Click SUBMIT.
  3. Enter your current password. Click SUBMIT.
  4. Complete the Enrollment form pictured on right. >>>
  5. Provide a current e-mail address (if needed).
  6. Enter a "pass phrase" for the randomly selected authentication image.
  7. Provide answers for 3 challenge questions.
  8. Select whether you are logging in with your personal computer, or a public computer.
  9. Only register personal computers that you frequently use and are not available for public use.
  10. If everything matches, click SUBMIT. You have finished enrolling.
The next time you log in, Enhanced Online Security will recognize you and display your private image & pass phrase.
Enhanced Online Security: Logging In
  1. Once you have enrolled in Enhanced Online Security, follow these steps to log in.
  2. Log in using your current access ID.
  3. Click SUBMIT
  4. Your authentication image & pass phrase are displayed.
  5. If they match your private image and pass phrase, then enter your password.
    If the authentication image and pass phrase do not match, do not enter your password. Start over, or contact Corridor State Bank at (319) 625-2050 for assistance.
  6. Click SUBMIT.
You are now securely logged in to Online Banking.
